Responsibilities:
Ensure technical training and coaching of the sales force and support them on their commercial activities with a technical point of view;
Respond to technical enquiries from customers and other stakeholders in a complete, precise and timely manner;
Ensure management of pharmacovigilance cases in canada. Manage complaints related to the quality of the products and investigate all cases;
Respect the most current positioning of Vétoquinol;
Develop durable and relationship with opinion leaders and professional/governmental organizations`;
Ensure a scientific intelligence on veterinary medicine innovations and on competitor's activity and inform the appropriate parties;
Ensure technical promotion of Vétoquinol products during public events;
For the specific projects, closely collaborate with Product Managers in the development of product-specific communication materials;
The position will be based in Alberta, and will entail frequent travelling to Lavaltrie office (12 times a year).
