- 1987: VÉTOQUINOL markets tolfenamic acid (anti-inflammatory): Tolfedine becomes the French market leader within a few months.
- 1990: VÉTOQUINOL N.A. INC ., North American subsidiary of VÉTOQUINOL INTERNATIONAL, is founded in Canada (Québec).
- 1991: VÉTOQUINOL N.A. INC. acquires various companies including MULTIVET, DISPAR and AUSTIN. The same year, VÉTOQUINOL N.A. INC. establishes its Mexican subsidiary .
- 1999: The acquisition of J. WEBSTER LABORATORIES propels VÉTOQUINOL into the leading ranks of the Canadian market .
- 2002: VÉTOQUINOL N.A. INC. establishes its U.S.A. subsidiary under the name of VÉTOQUINOL USA INC. and acquires the EVSCO and TOMLYN ranges giving VÉTOQUINOL access to the world's largest market.
